Refund policy
For all orders shipped out, we adhere to a No exchange/ No store credit policy only (No refund). No exchange/store credit will apply to our Products
In a rare case if you do receive damaged products, please send us digital photos of the product at info@natureojas.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll assist you and will provide you with the best possible solution with your complaint. We will be unable to exchange used products or items that do not match the goods shipped out in the order placed.
Similarly if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at info@natureojas.com within a period of 7 days from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest.
Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email info@natureojas.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
